For what purpose do we collect your data?

ASLE stores this data for the following purposes:

  • The management of the data collected in the forms on the website.
  • The realization of communication actions about any event and the response to queries and suggestions.
  • Sending all kinds of publications related to the activity of the entity.
  • To allow the registration of the interested person in a course or other training activity.
  • To carry out surveys on economic perspectives, employment, as well as on the quality of the services we offer.

For how long is the data stored?

The personal data provided shall be kept as long as their deletion is not requested by the person concerned, or his/her legal representative and this is appropriate, and as long as they are necessary -including the need to keep them during the applicable statute of limitations- or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or recorded.

The maintenance of the data shall be conditioned to the legal obligation ASLE has to keep them. Once these terms are exceeded, the data shall be destroyed or erased, and the deletion, elimination or destruction shall be carried out in such a way that the information contained in the media is not recoverable.

What legitimizes us to use your data?

The legal basis for the processing of the data collected through ASLE’s website www.asle.es is the following:

Data processing for professional contact and statistical purposes

The legal representative of the company user and/or associated to ASLE expressly consents to the processing of the data related to its company and contact person, voluntarily provided through its registration in any of the forms available in ASLE’s website, in order to provide them to third parties or entities with professional interests, for the purpose of enabling business relations between such entities user and/or associated to ASLE. The specific data to be processed for this purpose are the following:

  • Company name of the company
  • Company address
  • Contact telephone and email of the company
  • Identification data (name, surname and ID card number) of the person acting as contact of the company

Likewise, the legal representative of the company expressly consents to the processing by ASLE of data and information related to the company, expressly and voluntarily provided by him/her, for purely statistical purposes. The specific data to be processed for this purpose are the following:

  • % of women and men who are members of the management bodies

How do we obtain your data?

ASLE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION obtains personal data through the information provided by the person concerned or by the company or entity in which such person provides services.

In particular, the data we will process include the following categories:

identification data,
postal or electronic addresses,
data referring to your personal characteristics and social circumstances,
academic and professional data,
commercial information.

We do not process specially protected data.

To whom will your data be transferred?

ASLE will not make this data available to third parties, except as provided by law. Nor are international transfers of data to third countries carried out.

We inform you that your personal data may be transferred to organizations in compliance with legal regulations, or to companies collaborating with ASLE with which preferential agreements and/or agreements are maintained so that you may receive information and benefit from them.

Your data may also be transferred to companies that provide us with some kind of consulting, IT maintenance, marketing, training or auditing services, having committed to comply with the applicable regulations on data protection at the time of contracting. These entities only have access to the personal information that is necessary to carry out such services, requiring them through a contract of “data processing assignment” to maintain confidentiality, not to use the information for other purposes and to adopt measures to ensure the integrity and availability of the same.

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

The person who provides his/her data may exercise the following rights over such data:

Right of access: the person who provides his or her data to ASLE may request such data from ASLE to confirm that it is processing his or her personal data.

Right of rectification: The person who provides his/her data may request the rectification of his/her personal data to ASLE, if they are not correct or not complete.

Right of deletion: The person who provides his/her data may request ASLEthe deletion of his/her personal data, among other cases, when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Right of opposition: The person providing his/her data may oppose ASLE’s processing of his/her personal data. In this case, ASLE will only keep them to make claims or to protect itself from claims.

Right to limit the processing: The person who provides his/her data may request ASLE not to use his/her personal data temporarily and for specific uses. In this case, ASLE will only keep them to make claims or to protect itself from claims.

Right to portability: The person providing his/her data may request ASLE to provide his/her data in a structured and easily accessible format. Likewise, he/she may request ASLE to provide his/her data to another data controller.

Right to revoke consent: If the personal data has been obtained with express consent, the person providing the data has the right to revoke that consent at any time.

Right to lodge complaints: The person who provides his or her data shall have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in particular if he or she considers that the exercise of his or her rights has not been adequate. To exercise any of these rights, the person providing his/her data may contact the postal address or the electronic address of ASLE, submitting a copy of his/her ID card in order to verify his/her identity.
