Komunikazio-kultura zaindu batek erantzukizunak argitzeaz gain, konfiantza-esparru bat sortzen du, non rolak ondo definituta dauden.<\/p>\n<p>Hiruki hori sendoa izan dadin, honako hau ulertu behar dugu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Komunikazioa etengabeko prozesu bat da:<\/strong> Ez da unean uneko mugarri bat, interpretazio zatikatuak saihesten dituen fluxu jarraitua baizik.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feedback-ik gabe ez dago komunikaziorik:<\/strong> Mezua bidaltzea besterik gabe, beste aldera zer iritsi den egiaztatu gabe, kudeaketa norabide bakarreko ariketa bihurtzen da, emaitza ziurgabeekin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Malgutasuna da gakoa:<\/strong> Egonkortasun-etapa batean balio duenak baliteke aldaketa-testuinguru batean ez balio izatea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mezuaren lau esparruak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zaratarik&#8221; ez sortzeko eta eraginkorrak izateko, garrantzitsua da zein esparrutan komunikatzen ari garen identifikatzea. Lan-sozietate batean, komunikazioak orekatua izan behar du lau dimentsiotan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Estrategikoa:<\/strong> Proiektuari zentzua eta norabidea emateko, egunerokoa eta etorkizuna lotuz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Operatiboa:<\/strong> Eguneroko funtzionamendua eta koordinazio teknikoa arinak izan daitezen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pertsonala:<\/strong> Norbanako bakoitzaren garapenean, errendimenduan eta ongizatean zentratua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bazkidetzakoa:<\/strong> Bazkideek jabetza-rola modu informatuan betetzeko aukera ematen dien lotura espezifikoa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lan-sozietateen ekosisteman, jasangarritasunaren gakoa jabetzaren, kudeaketaren eta langileen arteko harremanaren osasunean datza. Lotura hori sendoa eta profesionala izan dadin, funtsezkoa da gobernantza-ereduko organo bakoitzak komunikazioa bere funtzioari dagokion erantzukizun gisa hartzea.<\/p>\n<p>Harreman hori komunikazio-eskubide eta -betebeharren oreka baten bidez artikulatzen da. Ez da informazioa mugarik gabe eskuratzea, baizik eta pertsona bakoitzak irizpidez erabakitzeko behar duena jasotzen duela bermatzea (<strong>eskubidea<\/strong>) eta, aldi berean, gainerako erakundeari zentzuz, gardentasunez eta koherentziaz jokatzeko aukera ematen diona partekatzea (<strong>betebeharra<\/strong>). Komunikazio-rolen banaketa argi horren bidez soilik lortzen da enpresa kohesionatu bat, non alde bakoitzak bere egitekoa erabatzeko legitimitatez eta eraginkortasunez betetzen duen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Konfidentzialtasuna konfiantza-tresna gisa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sarritan, gardentasuna eta &#8220;dena kontatzea&#8221; nahastu egiten dira, baina komunikazio osasuntsuak mugak behar ditu. Konfidentzialtasuna ez da opakutasuna; organo bakoitzari beharrezkoak ez diren presiorik gabe deliberatzeko aukera ematen dion tresna da, eta datu sentikorren pribatutasuna babesten du. Rol bakoitzari helaraztea beharrezkoa ez den hori identifikatzea funtsezkoa da zarata saihesteko eta ahalegina sozietatearen martxa onerako benetan garrantzitsua den horretan zentratzeko.<\/p>\n<p>Eredu honen azken helburua erakunde bakoitzak bere <strong>Komunikazio Mapa<\/strong> eraiki ahal izatea da.
