An approach to the economy in which businesses and entities work towards the common good – economic social, or both.
We believe in the transformational power of workers having ownership in the share capital of companies, which is why we promote the Worker-Owned Company, a business model in which the majority of the capital belongs to the workers.

The principles of Social Enterprises are as follows:
- Prioritising people and social purpose over capital, which takes the form of autonomous and transparent, democratic and participative management, which leads to prioritising decision-making more based on people and their contributions in terms of work and services rendered to the entity or in terms of the social purpose, than in terms of their contributions to share capital.
- Distributions of earnings obtained from the economic activity, mainly on the basis of work performed and services or activities rendered by the worker-owners or members, if applicable to the social purpose of the entity.
- Promoting solidarity internally and with the company, which supports the commitment to local development; equal opportunities among men and women; social cohesion; the insertion of persons at risk of social exclusion; the generation of stable, quality jobs; work-life balance; and sustainability.
- Independence with respect to public powers.
